Customer Obligations

The Customer undertakes to pay the price of the purchased goods within the timeframes and in the manner specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out in the relevant section. Upon completion of the online purchase procedure, the Customer agrees to print and retain a copy of the aforementioned General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which were expressly accepted prior to finalizing the purchase. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the registration process and undertakes not to provide false and/or fictitious information. The Customer shall hold Ruggeri Olii di Grillo Venusia Maria harmless from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
