The customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty within fourteen days, provided the product remains intact, from the day the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods. In the case of a contract related to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the term starts from the day the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the last item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to notify Ruggeri Olii di Grillo Venusia Maria by sending an email to info@olioruggeri.it containing a clear declaration of intent. For this purpose, the form provided in Annex I, part B of Legislative Decree 21/02/2014 can be used: • Recipient: Ruggeri Olii di Grillo Venusia Maria, Via Nazionale 27, 98041 Monforte San Giorgio (ME). • With this, I, the undersigned _______, hereby notify the withdrawal from the purchase contract of the following goods: (insert description of the purchased products), ordered on _____ (or received on _______). • Customer’s name, surname, and address; • Customer’s signature (only if the form is submitted in paper format); • Date. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period. If the customer withdraws from this contract, all payments made to Ruggeri Olii di Grillo Venusia Maria will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the standard one offered by the company), without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day Ruggeri Olii di Grillo Venusia Maria was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction, unless they have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the customer will not incur any costs because of such refund. Ruggeri Olii di Grillo Venusia Maria reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received or the customer has provided proof of having returned the goods. In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods, or deliver them to Ruggeri Olii di Grillo Venusia Maria without undue delay, and in any case within fourteen days from the date they notified Ruggeri Olii di Grillo Venusia Maria of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Ruggeri Olii di Grillo Venusia Maria will not be responsible for any transport costs for the return or any loss or damage to the products caused by third parties. The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited if the products are returned damaged, incomplete, missing parts and/or with damaged packaging. WITHOUT EXCEPTION, the company will not refund opened or used packaging. This article serves as information on the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 47 of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005. Any dispute related to the application, execution, interpretation, or violation of the contract entered online by the customer with Ruggeri Olii di Grillo Venusia Maria is subject to Italian jurisdiction. For any dispute between the parties regarding this matter, the Messina district court shall have jurisdiction.
